About Us

About Us
Headquartered in Singapore, SGRecycle was established with a bold ambition: to transform traditional waste management into a smarter, data-driven ecosystem that supports cities, businesses, and communities in building a more sustainable future.
Recognizing the limitations of conventional waste collection, from operational inefficiencies and overflowing bins to the underutilization of recyclable resources, we set out to reimagine waste infrastructure through intelligent technology.
Today, SGRecycle integrates artificial intelligence, IoT-enabled smart bins, and real-time data analytics to modernize waste and recycling operations. Our solutions are deployed across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, helping cities and organizations improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and advance environmental responsibility.
Our Mission
To harness smart technology and data-driven insights to redefine waste and recycling management, driving efficiency, sustainability, and smarter cities worldwide.
Our Vision
To be the global leader in intelligent waste management, where smart infrastructure and real-time data empower cities and organizations to achieve cleaner, more sustainable, and resource-efficient futures.
Our Founder – Mervin Ng
SG Recycle was founded by Mervin Ng, an entrepreneur driven by a deep passion for innovation and sustainability. Early on, he identified waste management as one of the most critical, yet often overlooked, pillars of modern urban living, and recognized its vast potential for transformation.
With a strong background in building technology-driven ventures, Mervin envisioned a smarter approach that integrates artificial intelligence, IoT, and advanced data analytics to create waste systems that are more efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally impactful. Under his leadership, SGRecycle has evolved from a Singapore-based startup into a global solutions provider, delivering intelligent waste management systems across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East — including France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Japan, Korea, Poland, and Saudi Arabia.
